MISSION

To spread awareness of, and address, the maternal and child health crisis affecting women and communities of color in the United States and around the world.

VISION

A world where every mother and child, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status, has unmistakably equal access to quality healthcare throughout pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.

VALUES

We hold our values very close to everything that we do and are some of the fundamental driving forces to help us achieve our vision.

In 2018, our founder, Rue Khosa, lost her dad due to a defunct healthcare system. After watching and being inspired by the impassioned plea of Dr. Azza Mashumba, a series of events led to the birth of a foundation and its signature fundraising events.
