Dr. DeBell is a family medicine doctor in Seattle, Washington and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area. She currently practices at UW Neighborhood Clinic Shoreline and is affiliated with University of Washington Medical Center.

She received her medical degree from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, and completed a residency at Southwest Washington Medical Center.
